Shanghai Hanshi Molding Co., Ltd., founded in July 2007, is a Sino-Japan joint venture, which mainly specializes in design and manufacture of its mould, gauge, and plastic products. Its registered capital reaches USD 4.8 million, and annual sales volume USD 10 million. Its workshop has a land area of 30,000 sq.m.
Our plastic products cover four product lines: auto inside and outside ornaments, auto-cycle covering piece, garden machine element and electric appliance fittings, and are sold to Europe, America, etc., The auto inside and outside ornaments include safety machine, auxiliary instrument panel, glove compartment, door panel injection piece, seat fittings, instrument panel fittings, bumper, etc. and its sales income accounts for 55% of total business volume of injection plastic. The company mainly provides matched products for VW (Shanghai), GM (Shanghai), Chery (Wuhu), Hyundai (Beijing), Ford (Chongqing), Guangzhou Foison, etc., and can complete secondary operation of the plastics, such as flocking, painting, screen printing, welding, etc.
Our major customers include: Husqvarna, BOSCH, AQUA, BOS, PLASTOHM, FIBOX, DURA, Yanfeng Visteon, Yanfeng Johnson, Magna Donnelly, Shanghai HONDA Motorcycle, SEB(Shanghai), Mgi Coutier (Shanghai), Hitachi (Shanghai), Japan TSKS (rice cooker, seeder), etc.
In September 2003, the company passed QS9000 certification and assessments from Electrolux, Yanfeng Visteon, Yanfeng Johnson, Shanghai Lear Corporation, etc. In May 2007, the company passed the certification of ISO/TS16949：2002 Quality Management System, which provides a strong quality assurance for development and manufacture of subsequent mould/products.
